What is Dutch IPTV?

IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) delivers live TV over your internet connection instead of through a cable or satellite signal. You install an app on your Smart TV, streaming stick or set-top box, log in with the details we send you, and the channels appear in a normal TV guide. Because the stream travels over the internet, it does not matter which country you are in: the same login works at home in the Netherlands, in your apartment on the Costa del Sol or in a hotel room. Dutch expats, Belgian and Dutch-speaking families abroad, second-home owners and frequent travellers use it to keep the Dutch news, football, talk shows and children’s programmes in their living room.

Every package includes the same channels and features; the only difference is the duration. Each subscription allows one stream at a time, so you can install the app on your TV, phone and laptop and watch on any of them, one screen at a time. Need two TVs playing at the same time? Prices in euro

There is no contract and no automatic renewal: your package simply runs until the end date, and you decide whether to extend. Payment is by bank transfer, which works from any European (SEPA) bank account. Compared with a Dutch cable or fibre TV package of 30 to 60 euro per month, most expats save several hundred euro a year while getting more channels.

Which devices work?

Our login details work with the three common methods (Xtream Codes, M3U playlist and MAC address), so almost every IPTV app on the market is supported. If you are unsure which app to choose, start the free trial and tell us which device you have; we will point you to the right app.

How to start in three steps

1. Request the free 24-hour trial. Fill in the short form on our trial page (name, e-mail address and the device you will use; for a Formuler or Amiko box also the MAC address). No credit card, no obligations.
2. Install an app and log in. You receive your login details by e-mail. Enter them in the app on your TV or stick and test the channels, the guide and catch-up on a busy evening.
3. Choose a package. Happy with the trial? Order the 3, 6, 12 or 24-month package in our shop (the shop is in Dutch; the product names simply state the number of months). After payment you receive your details and you keep watching.

Does it work in my country?

Yes, as long as you have a stable internet connection. For HD channels 10 Mbps is enough; for 4K we recommend 25 Mbps or more. A wired connection or the 5 GHz band of your Wi-Fi gives the most stable picture. Data usage is roughly 2 to 3 GB per hour in HD and considerably more in 4K, which matters if you watch on a mobile data plan or a hotel network with a limit. Living in a distant time zone? Catch-up TV lets you watch the evening news or the match at a time that suits you.

You do not need a VPN for Nederlandse TV. Our streams are not geo-blocked, so the same login works in every country. Only in a few countries that restrict the internet in general (for example some networks in the Middle East and Asia) can a VPN help to keep a stable connection; we explain this in our (Dutch) article about IPTV and VPN.
